Décor hire will be quoted and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order amount is required to confirm the hire.

A breakage deposit of 20% of the order value will be applicable. All damaged or lost items will be charged to the client at a replacement value. The breakage deposit will be repaid in full immediately after all items have been returned in good condition.

Payment of the full amount, plus the breakage deposit is required at least 7 days before the function.

All candleholders and other items to be cleaned by the client before return, alternatively, a cleaning fee of R120 per hour will be charged to the client. Cleaning of tablecloths is included in the rental price, subject to tough stains (in which event the item will be dry cleaned or replaced at the relevant cost).
